How do I become a wholesale partner?


You can apply directly through our wholesale registration form HERE. Once submitted, we’ll review your information and get back to you promptly with next steps. Most approvals are completed within 1–2 business days.

Can I sell your products online or on third-party marketplaces like Amazon?


We allow approved partners to sell on their own branded websites, but we do not authorize resale on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other third-party platforms. This protects brand integrity and ensures a consistent customer experience.

Do you offer private label or co-packing services?


Not at this time. We are focused exclusively on expanding the Meat Artisan brand and supporting our retail partners.

Do you accept international wholesale accounts?


Currently, we ship within the U.S. and select Canadian locations. If you're outside of these regions, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Do you offer merchandising materials or display support?


Yes! We provide point-of-sale materials and digital brand assets for approved retail accounts. Ask us about counter displays, aisle displays, and signage to help boost your sales.

Do you offer samples?


Yes, we do offer sample packs to qualified wholesale accounts. If you’re interested in tasting before placing a full order, just reach out after submitting your application and we’ll arrange the details.

Is there a minimum order requirement?


Yes. Our standard order minimum is six bags per flavor. However, we recommend ordering in full case quantities for more economical shipping.

What’s the shelf life of your jerky?


All of our jerky is shelf-stable for 12 months (365 days) unopened. Each package is clearly marked with a best-by date. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3 days for optimal freshness.

How do I place a reorder?


Reorders can be placed through our wholesale portal at any time. It offers quick reorder features, multiple shipping address features, and a detailed order history.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and net 30 payment terms for qualified customers.

What measures do you take to ensure product quality and safety?


We follow strict quality control and food safety standards at every step — from sourcing to production. Our jerky is made in a USDA-certified facility and inspected regularly. Every batch uses clean ingredients and premium cuts to deliver consistent, safe, and gourmet-quality results.

Do your products contain artificial ingredients or preservatives?


No. Our jerky is made without nitrates, nitrites, artificial preservatives, or additives. We believe in clean-label, real food — just premium meats, natural seasoning, and bold flavor.

Where is your jerky made?


All of our jerky is proudly made in the USA using Australian Wagyu beef and high-quality heritage pork. Production is done in small batches to ensure the highest level of attention and consistency.

Do any of your products use seed oils?


No — with one exception. Our Asian BBQ Wagyu flavor contains a small amount of sesame oil and real sesame seeds as part of a traditional recipe. All other products are made without seed oils.
